LTC Quinn Brumfield is a native of Hammond, Louisiana. He enlisted in the U.S. Army 1997 as a Combat Engineer (12B) obtaining the rank of Sergeant (E-5), before commissioning as an Armor Officer through Army ROTC at Southern University and A&M in Baton Rouge, LA., May 2001 where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal Science. LTC Brumfield also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.

In February 2005, LTC Brumfield began the Military Intelligence Officer Transition Course and Captains’ Career Course at Fort Huachuca. After completion, he was assigned to 2nd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment (1st Cavalry Division), Fort Bliss, Texas as the Squadron S-2 2005-2006. LTC Brumfield was then selected to be the Assistant Brigade S-2 in 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division 2006-2008. He subsequently deployed to Iraq as Iraqi Army Military Transition Team Advisor 2008- 2009.  

From 2012-2014, LTC Brumfield served as the Nashville U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion Executive Officer in Nashville, TN where he was responsible for assembling America’s sons and daughters into the greatest Army the world has ever seen. In July 2014, LTC Brumfield was then assigned to 138th Military Intelligence Company, Robins AFB, GA as a Deputy Mission Crew Commander (DMCC), where he deployed for 7 months to Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan 2015-2016 supporting PACOM Operations.  While assigned to Military Detachment JSTARS, LTC Brumfield held various leadership positions including serving as the Deputy Commander for Military Detachment JSTARS for more than 15 months before being selected to command Army Detachment JSTARS from June 2017 to June 2018. 


MSG Joshua Clark

Master Sergeant (MSG) Joshua Clark first joined the US Army in 2003. He graduated the Special Forces Qualification Course in 2005 and served as a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant with 7th SFG (A) at Fort Bragg, NC. MSG Clark later served in the Special Operations Recruiting Battalion with duty to Fort Drum from 2010 to 2013. MSG Clark returned to 7th SFG (A) at Eglin AFB from 2013 to 2018. He has deployed overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and in contingency operations in South America. 

MSG Clark’s military schooling includes the Common Faculty Development Course, SOF Sensitive Site Exploitation Course, Army Recruiting Course, Modern Army Combative Course, Senior Leaders Course, Infantry Mortar Leader Course, and the Static Line Jumpmaster Course. His awards include the Combat Infantry Badge. 

MSG Clark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Liberal Studies from Kaplan University in 2014.



SFC Victoria Bain

Sergeant First Class (SFC) Victoria Bain first joined the US Army in 2006. She attended Basic and Advanced Individual training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO graduating with the Military Occupation Specialty of 74D, Chemical Operations Specialist. SFC Bain served with B Co. 203rd BSB deploying in Support of OIF 5.  SSG Bain re classed and graduated from Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonard Wood, MO in 2009 for the MOS of 31B, Military Police.  SSG Bain has served as a Traffic Management Collision Investigator and Team Leader at Fort Benning, GA with 209th MP DET from 2009-2012.  Served as a Team Leader and Squad Leader at Fort Bragg, NC in the 108th MP Co. (ABN/AASLT) from 2012-2014.  SSG Bain served as a Drill Sergeant at Fort Leonard Wood, MO for Echo Co. 701st MP BN and 43rd AG Rec BN from 2014-2016.  She served as a Squad Leader, Senior Desk Sergeant/NCOIC and Evidence Custodian at Schofield Barracks, HI for the 57th MP Co, 13th MP DET from 2016-2019.  SFC Bain as of December 2019 is assigned at the Florida A&M University as an Instructor for Military Science. 

SFC Bain’s military schooling includes the Common Faculty Development Course, Faculty Development Course, Unit Movement Officer, Master Resiliency Trainer, Mobile Retention Training, Equal Opportunity Leader, Unit Prevention Leader, Domestic Violence Intervention Training, Drill Sergeant Academy, Basic Airborne School, Combative Level One, Critical Incident Peer Support, and Advance Toxic Agent Training.  

SFC Bain is currently attending Purdue University Global for an Associate in Criminal Justice Science and plans to achieve a Bachelors in Forensic Psychology Science.
