Subscription orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to accommodate your seating request. If the location you have requested is unavailable, we will assign the closest available choice.

Subscriber Benefits

  • Same Day, Same Seats

    On your order form, pre-select a specific day and time that you wish to attend all productions. This will guarantee the same seats for each event.

  • Best Seats In The House 

    If you have a busy schedule and cannot pre-select the day and time you wish to attend productions, don’t worry, we hold the best seats in the house for you! However, you must make reservations for the performance you plan to attend before your arrival. You may order by phone.

  • Advanced Ticket Purchases

    Subscribers may purchase additional tickets before they go on sale to the public. Remember, most Essential Theatre events are assigned seating. To arrange to sit with guests, all ticket orders must be placed at the same time.

  • Will Call Or Mail Order Service

    If you wish for your tickets to be mailed, give us a call and we will gladly do so. Otherwise, sixty minutes prior to curtain, all tickets will be held at the will call table in the theatre lobby. Simply present your Essential Theatre subscriber card to the agent in exchange for your tickets.

  • Ticket Exchange Privilages

    If you are unable to attend an event for which you have ordered tickets, you can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production.

  • Show Reminders

    In case you forget, The Essential Theatre will remind you of an upcoming event. You will receive a mailing and/or courtesy call for all events.

  • Program Recognition

    As a season subscriber, your name will appear in the Essential Theatre playbills under the subscription category you select.
